Teacher, Leader, Advisor
Empowering teachers and leaders to authentically drive learning outcomes through high quality and accessible professional development, assisted with web apps!
Welcome!
Here's why these tools exist.
I’ve been creating simple web apps for educators because I believe this space matters.
Professional learning is full of great ideas. But too often, those ideas don’t quite make it into daily practice...not because teachers and leaders aren’t willing, but because the jump from concept to classroom is too big, too abstract, or too time-consuming.
These tools are my attempt to bridge that gap.
They’re built to be immediately useful. Each one is lightweight, practical, and designed around a clear purpose: to help you apply evidence-informed strategies right when you need them. Whether it’s refining learning intentions, choosing a retrieval practice, scaffolding feedback, or making better decisions with your team, the goal is always the same: less noise, more clarity, better learning.
I’ve drawn inspiration from research, policy, and everyday school life. You’ll see threads from Breakspear, Sherrington, and Wiliam here, but also from real conversations with time-poor teachers and school leaders who just want things that work.
This page will keep growing. I’m constantly building, testing, and learning. If something sparks an idea, or you’ve got a challenge you’d love a tool for, let me know.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope something here helps you do your work just a little more easily...and with a little more impact.
